As one of the largest independent logistics companies in Lochaber, Ferguson Transport & Shipping needed a website that could handle high traffic from across the UK, while remaining accessible to users in remote Highland locations with varying internet speeds

Founded in 1959 by the late Archie Ferguson and his wife Anne in Ardrishaig, Argyll, Ferguson Transport & Shipping is a family-owned and operated business. With over 60 years of experience in the haulage industry, they provide proactive logistic solutions for customers throughout the Highlands & Islands, and mainland UK from their headquarters at Corpach, Fort William

In 2022, Ferguson Transport commisioned MacKenzie Business Solutions to create their new website to highlight and detail a comprensive range of services which include Road and Rail Logistics, Shipping, Cranage, Vehicle Maintenance / Servicing and Warehousing & Storage.

Their new website features autoplay video on the Home page and a busy Careers section incorporating an online application form. The site extends to over 35 pages plus a News section which is added to regularly by the Ferguson Transport marketing team.
