Kingcraig Fabrics was established in Brora by Shaun and Pat Ashe as an internet business before opening its first shop in 2010. They opened their second shop in Dornoch in 2013. It is very much a local business serving the Highland community but also the world beyond through their online presence.

In 2018 MacKenzie Business Solutions were engaged to create a new online store for Kingcraig to showcase their range of quality woollen products including Fabrics, Yarns, Rugs & Throws, Home Furnishings, Scarves & Wraps, Wool Ties, Hats and Gifts.
